About the Artist:
Matthias Schäfer, born 1991, currently residing in Weimar, GermanyMatthias “Pitscher” Schäfer studies Media Art & Design at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. He explores new social trends and popular culture phenomenons through a variety of media including interactive installations and performances on- and offline. The work derives from scientific research and his own experiences bringing open, conceptual pieces to the audience, who is often based in the center of his projects.
